Softstore acquired by Companial

On January 12, Hydra IT – Tecnologias de Informação e Conteúdos Lda, together with the other shareholders, sold the entire share capital of Softstore S.A. to Companial B.V.

The decision to sell Softstore, the entity responsible for ensuring the localization of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for Portugal in both “on-premise” and “online” versions, represents a carefully considered strategic step.

By joining an organization with greater scale, specialized resources, and a strong international presence, Softstore will see its capabilities, built over the past 10 years, significantly strengthened. This will enable Softstore to enhance its ability to innovate, develop, and ultimately deliver even more value to its customers and partners.

We would like to emphasize that this sale does not mark an end, but rather the beginning of a new chapter — a more ambitious, more robust phase, fully aligned with the demands of today’s market.

It is important to note that Hydra IT will continue to ensure the commercialization and implementation of licensing for this solution in the market, including localization for the Portuguese market.
