20th Anniversary of Hydra iT

The Braga-based Information Technology company – Hydra iT – celebrates, in 2026, twenty years of activity. With a track record marked by continuous innovation and technological development, Hydra iT has grown sustainably in both the national and international markets. Its achievements over the years, including several distinctions such as PME Excelência, PME Líder and the COTEC Innovative Status, attest to and recognise the company’s excellence in innovation, financial soundness, and economic productivity as a Microsoft Partner.

The programme celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary began in January with the 2026 kick-off meeting and will continue throughout the year, comprising several initiatives scheduled until December.

On January 29, the Hydra iT team gathered at the Braga Municipal Stadium for a moment of sharing, strategic alignment, and celebration. The results achieved in 2025 were presented, as well as the priorities that will guide the company throughout 2026, a particularly symbolic year for Hydra iT. This event also marks the beginning of a new partnership between Hydra iT and Sporting Clube de Braga, with the company becoming an official partner of the club.

The initiative also included a visit to the museum and stadium of Sporting Clube de Braga, as well as team-building activities designed to strengthen unity and team spirit among employees. The year ahead will be dedicated to innovation, the delivery of outstanding results, and the continuation of work guided by rigour, quality, ethics, and professionalism.

This is just one of the many moments that will mark the calendar of Hydra iT’s 20th‑anniversary celebrations, further reinforcing the company’s role as a driving force for technology and innovation in Portugal, and in the Minho region in particular.
