GLOBAL ERP IMPLEMENTATION

Project implementation services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution online or on premise follow an agile and effective methodology, focused on results and the satisfaction of our Clients, with the following steps:

  • Technological consultancy: initial requirements analysis and project description. Hydra iT's team of consultants are experienced in implementing projects, knowing the reality of each specific business in each sector of activity.
  • Project Management: it is the basic requirements of each project to have the project manager of the Hydra iT Team and the project manager of the Customer's team, ensuring easy communication between the teams. It is the responsibility of the Hydra iT project manager:
    • The realization of the project plan (schedule) and the monitoring of its execution.
    • Compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
  • Implementation: configuration of the solution and customization of features. It is also at this stage that users and the permission and access levels in the solution are configured.

  • Data migration: loading data into the new solution. You can include in the scope of the project only the creation of the base data (chart of accounts, customers, product and price lists, etc.) or we can also include the migration of the information history that exists in the company.

  • Solution support: after conclusion of the project, Hydra iT guarantees the continuity and support to users through the execution of a support contract. The Hydra’s support team guarantees maintenance: preventive, evolutionary and corrective of the solution. Customers with a support contract have access to the Customer Portal where they can open new support requests, interact with the Hydra iT team and consult the status of each order.

When the Costumer intends to transition his solution from his local servers to the Cloud, Hydra iT adds value by carrying out this work with minimal impact on the company's operation and enhancing all the associated benefits, namely in terms of security, accessibility and solution availability.

When the Customer intends to update the solution without process changes or new areas of implementation, Hydra iT performs the following services:

  • Comparison of specifics: detailed identification of specific functionalities and modules of the solution in operation.
  • Implementation of specifics functionalities in the new version: configuration and development tasks in the solution. It includes creating users and assigning access policies and permissions.
  • Report Development: when necessary, a survey of the reports, documents and analyzes used by the company is carried out in order to replicate the same information and formats in the new solution.

  • Training workshops with a standard topic plan to introduce new solutions or strengthen skills.
